Crave Padel collects information you provide directly, including your email address, display name, and profile photo when you create an account. We also collect match results, court claims, challenge activity, and — when you use groups, events, and chat — the groups you join, events you take part in, and the messages you send in group, event, and direct-message chats.
We collect your approximate location to show courts near you. We request location permission only when you use the map feature and do not track your location in the background.
If you subscribe to Crave+, Apple processes your payment and shares a subscription status with us (via RevenueCat) so we can unlock features. We never receive or store your card or payment details.
We use the information we collect to:
Your display name, profile photo, team name, division holdings, and match history are visible to other Crave Padel users. Messages you send are visible to the other members of that group, event, or direct-message conversation. Your email address is never shown to other users.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Crave+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we use RevenueCat to validate receipts and manage your subscription status. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
We use PostHog to understand how the app is used in aggregate (for example, which screens are visited and which features are used) so we can improve Crave Padel. This usage data is not sold and is not used to track you across other apps or websites.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on infrastructure in the United States. Profile photos are stored in Supabase Storage with public read access so they can be displayed within the app.
We use Expo Push Notification services to send you alerts about challenges, match results, and court activity. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
Crave Padel lets you post content and message other players. You are responsible for what you send, and objectionable content and abusive behaviour are not tolerated. You can report content and block other users in the app, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app, from Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile and personal data immediately. You can also request deletion by contacting us at hello@cravepadel.com, and we will process the request within 30 days.
Crave Padel is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
